Being Overweight or Obese is linked to much Chronic Disease, Higher Mortality Rates, and lower quality of life. I applaud anyone trying to make positive lifestyle changes and role-modelling better 'health behaviours'.
50% of UK children (U16s) are now overweight or obese! This figure is growing. Poor health choices are unsustainable, as we are now seeing with the huge levels of chronic illness/disease amongst most adults. We must take accountability for our poor lifestyles to improve our health and positively impact others.
The only person who can truly rectify the issue of being overweight or obese is the individual. This is the first hurdle to realise and overcome. All of my clients that have listened and made the necessary lifestyle changes to lose weight and become healthier testify to this.
I have an exemplary track-record in coaching others in how to improve behaviours (habits), to build a positive mindset, and safely adopt the 'proven systems' to boost health and increase energy levels.
