We live in an age where time is precious. Fatigue, aches, pains, and stress is increasingly prevalent. Therefore the correct balance of efficient training, nutrition, and recovery methods, is critical to ensure positive outcomes in health, sport, and the workplace.
This is increasingly imperative in a world that can often knock us down, and rarely offers REAL answers on how to be a Healthy Human.
As a Lifelong Coach, Leader, and past-Athlete, and being a Father, Husband, and injured Veteran (and a free-thinking human in the 21st Century), I therefore understand the many demands we all face daily.
I have spent my life being excited and obsessed about how to get the best out of myself and others, and how to do so safely and effectively; no matter the limitations in time, ailments, and finances. I live and breathe everything that is true to these facts.
Coaching is an Art, a two-way process between the coach and the individual/team. There must be open dialogue and trust, with careful monitoring and progression.
