Appointments include the following non-invasive health-assessments, and can be repeated in future to track progress:

Initial appointments are required for all new clients.
This appointment includes a thorough health review, with immediate feedback and education to improve current health, fitness state, and to best plan for future goals.
Other areas covered may include: nutrition, mobility, strength training, programme design, corrective exercise, lifestyle guidance.
The appointment typically lasts 90mins-2hrs. Longer appointments can be made for clients requiring more time/services.
Follow-up appointments are arranged to suit the client's needs; 60mins up to a Full Day. A 20% discount is applied for regular clients.

New clients need to book an initial consultation, which includes: a health review, mobility assessment, nutrition advice, related hand-outs, and personalised exercise guidance.
Follow-up PT sessions lasting between 30-60mins can then be booked at standard rates.
