All appointments must be paid for in advance to confirm the appointment.
There are no refunds for any training plan services, due to the nature and amount of work that has to go into preparing these plans (see also points 6 and 7).
Al Hadnett/Peak Fusion takes pride in providing 'Expert Advice' and 'Professional Application' in every respect. Please have the common courtesy to attend appointments as arranged.
"Time is the greatest gift you can ever give to anyone, because you can never get it back."

4. Client Disclaimer/Terms of Agreement
All new clients are asked to sign a 'Terms of Agreement' document prior to embarking on any services provided by Al Hadnett/PeakFusion. This will be sent to you prior to embarking on a service, or given to you at your first Face2Face appointment. This document represents and confirms your understanding of the nature of services being provided to you.
Al Hadnett/Peak Fusion reserves the right to cease trading with anyone or any organisation that doesn't fit with our standards, values, and ethos. This is also fully outlined in the 'Terms of Agreement' document. You will be expected to read and sign this document.

5. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ)
All new clients embarking on a 'fitness-related' service are requested to complete a basic PARQ form. This allows your current health/fitness state to be understood, and further specialist medical intervention recommended if required.
Please be open and honest when completing this document, and do not hesitate to discuss any medical related queries with your GP prior to commencing and making changes to your current health, fitness, and dietary regime.

6. 'Advance' Training Plans
'Advance' Training Plans are custom-written to cover the agreed training-period, typically leading up to an event, or a series of events, or a whole season. Plans will be in an easy to understand word document format (or PDF), and provide opportunity for you to document key-data/stats from your training sessions. This is useful for your own feedback and monitoring of your own performance.
A £150 set-up fee covers the initial Online/Telephone/Face2Face consultation (up to 2hrs). This enables your lifestyle and athletic profile to be understood, and advice given to start optimising your success immediately! Full payment for the set-up fee and the training plan is required in advance.
A lot of work has to go into forecasting a client's training plan. The End Goal must be considered foremost, with the client's fitness history fully understood and accounted for, before prescribing any training sessions! This is explained in greater detail on your initial consultation/appointment and is detailed in the 'Terms of Agreement'. We want you to appreciate and fully understand the amount/importance of the work being done on your behalf, to best meet the needs of your goals.
Note: Unless otherwise agreed, Strength Training progression is an additional service. Strength Training will be forecast in your plan if desired (recommended), and discussed and coached at your initial appointment if necessary. Clients who would like more coaching and ongoing input in this area can book the additional appointment/time to suit.
'Advance Training Plan' clients also receive a 20% reduced rate on additional appointments during their programming period!

7. 'Peak-Seeker' Training Plans
'Peak-Seeker' Training Plans are provided monthly in advance, and are also updated and amended as required for the duration of the plan. Plans are in an easy to follow word document format (or PDF), and provide space for you to document key-data/stats from your training sessions if desired and as coached. You can also connect via Strava and Garmin Connect, which allows for the finer details in your training-data to be analysed as required. We do not use Training Peaks or any other Platforms, you are welcome to use them separately for your own needs.
A £150 set-up fee is charged for 'Peak-Seeker' Training Plans, which covers the initial Online/Telephone/Face2Face consultation (up to 2hrs). This enables your lifestyle and athletic profile to be understood, and advice given to start optimising your success immediately! Each month of training must then be paid in advance on a rolling monthly schedule, for the duration of the plan (unless you prefer to pay the total amount in advance).
A lot of work has to go into forecasting a client's training plan. The End Goal must be considered foremost, with the client's fitness history fully understood and accounted for, before prescribing any training sessions. This is explained in greater detail on your initial consultation/appointment and is detailed in the 'Terms of Agreement'. We want you to appreciate and fully understand the amount/importance of the work being done on your behalf, to best achieve your goals. This is why there is also an initial minimum term of 6-months for 'Peak-Seeker' Training Plans.
For rolling monthly training plans where the service is terminated by the client before the period agreed is complete (e.g. before 6-months is complete on a 6-month plan), the contract will immediately cease. Any outstanding training plan months and other services will be billed. In short, anyone trying to break-contract before the training plan period is complete will be billed for all of the months outstanding and/or provided in advance.
Note: Unless otherwise agreed, Strength Training progression is an additional service. However, Strength Training will be forecast in your plan if desired (recommended), and discussed and coached at your initial appointment if necessary and requested, and during the included monthly follow-up appointments. Clients who would like more coaching and ongoing input in this area can book the additional appointments to suit.
Peak-Seeker clients also receive a 20% reduced rate on additional appointments during their programming period!

10. Medical
It is highly recommended that everyone seeks the guidance of a competent and well-informed medical professional before embarking on any new health regime, whether that is a dietary intervention, physical activity, or any other changes to their health/lifestyle.
It is also strongly recommended that people do their own research and reading to ensure any changes they make are safe and relative to their needs, and for greater understanding. We are all human, yet many of us have different requirements based on our lifestyle, history, genetics, and our specific goals.
Scientific fact often changes when it is allowed to be questioned and discussed. I recommend people go to independent sources of information, especially during the current era of corporate/mainstream dominance, censorship, power, and control.

11. Covid Vaccination
We do not discriminate against unvaccinated people. In fact, we recommend that people who have been vaccinated against Covid (especially if they've received one or more boosters) have a thorough health check before embarking on any new strenuous exercise and other significant lifestyle changes. The importance of this is heightened if you have comorbidities.
Our comprehensive 'Health Review' service is available for all clients as part of all Face2Face appointments and/or Training Plans, as well as a standalone appointment to give all clients peace of mind and education on their current health status.

12. Blacklist
There are absolutely no excuses for rude, abusive, and derogatory correspondence and behaviour in this modern age. Any such display of the above will not be tolerated, and will see removal from all services and action taken accordingly.
