Mobility... This is probably the biggest missing link in most people's lives, whether they train seriously or not. Improvements in mobility make us more efficient, and can warn-off injury. Not a bad deal for moving a bit more and with a purpose!
This is a simple example routine that I do most days, ahead of key training sessions to light the fuse and get my body alert for what's to come, or broken down into chunks to work on certain areas.
5-10mins, that's all you need!
No matter what your goal: weight loss, improve general fitness, run faster, lift heavier, there will always be times where you lack the drive and motivation, and feel tired. You might feel like you're going backwards, or more commonly hit a 'plateau'.
This is not uncommon, so do NOT worry. Stick to your plan, and watch this video to help you reignite your passion!
